Creative Space for Emotional Renewal
Providing counseling and art therapy that supports healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
This is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Here, therapy is about easing the pressure, feeling understood, and not having to hold everything on your own.
We’ll talk, and if it feels supportive, creativity may become part of the process, offering another way to explore what’s beneath the surface, at a pace that respects where you are. No art skills are required, only curiosity.
Thoughtful therapy for people who are tired of overthinking, over-functioning, and over-doing it.
From the outside, it can look like you’re holding everything together. Inside, you may feel overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, or quietly questioning yourself.
I work with teens and adults who carry a lot beneath the surface, often shaped by perfectionism, grief, burnout, identity questions, or long-standing self-doubt.
Therapy with me isn’t about worksheets, quick fixes, or being told what to do. It’s about slowing down, understanding what’s underneath, and making sense of patterns, self-doubt, and the “why am I like this?” moments in a way that feels human and not overwhelming.
You don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out to be here. We can figure it out together.
I offer individual counseling and art therapy through integrative sessions that are thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, offering space for emotional exploration, self-understanding, and personal growth within a supportive, relational therapeutic process.
There is room here to be human.
This work isn’t about fixing you or pushing you to be different. It’s about understanding, gentleness, and creating space for meaningful change over time.
